Texas State announces faculty promotions, tenure for 2016

Texas State University has promoted 44 faculty members and approved tenure for 34. The measures will take effect on Sept. 1.

Promoted from associate professor to professor (with academic department in parentheses) were Debbie R. Miller (management), Angela F. Murphy (history), Weston H. Nowlin (biology), Michael P.
