Texas State Round Rock Campus to host free drive-through COVID testing

The Texas State University Round Rock Campus will offer free drive-through COVID-19 testing for the general public Feb. 1-April 30.

Testing will be available 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and ever second Saturday of the month. This is a free, state-supported test collection site, operating at no cost to the individual. Participants do not need symptoms to be tested and no insurance is required.

No appointments are necessary, although pre-registration at texas.spartancovidtesting.com is recommended. Results will be available 3-5 days after testing. Participants will receive an automated text and/or email with results once available.

The Round Rock Campus is located at 1555 University Blvd. in Round Rock. Signage will direct participants to the testing location. For more information, contact the Spartan Medical Call Center at (888) 998-3568.
