Common Experience hosts screening of Pulitzer-winning documentary, 'The Wall'

The Wall

SAN MARCOS – Texas State University’s Common Experience will host a screening of the 2018 Pulitzer Prize-winning documentary "The Wall" on Nov. 26 at 6:30 p.m. in the Music Building Recital Hall.

"The Wall" is a USA Today Network documentary that examines President Donald Trump’s 2,000-mile United States-Mexico border plan. The 80-minute film answers questions concerning the challenges and consequences of the border wall plan.

More than 30 reporters and photographers worked on the project. Some of those professional journalist will be speaking and answering questions following the screening of the documentary, including Texas State alumna Kirsten Crow.

Crow graduated from Texas State’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication and currently works for the Corpus Christi Caller-Times.
