A Texas Monthly print and digital campaign featuring Texas State University has won gold in the inaugural Anthem Awards, presented by the Webby Awards.

In partnership with Texas State, Texas Monthly submitted the sponsored content series, "Texas State: Big Ideas," which highlights the compelling research initiatives involving professors at the university and their students.

The campaign was designed to raise awareness of the talent and expertise of the professors in their trailblazing research across multiple disciplines, and how these researchers often engage Texas State undergraduate and graduate students in collaboration. The campaign has garnered more than 2 million impressions and more than 60,000 engagements to date. Through articles shared on TexasMonthly.com, readers were engaged and inspired by the innovative and thoughtful stories, many of which highlight research that has worldwide impact, coming out of the university.

"Texas State: Big Ideas" won in the Awareness Category for Partnership or Collaboration in Education, Art & Culture. Other gold winners in the category include high-profile marketing groups such as Alane Adams Studios, BBDO Belgium and POPSUGAR.

The Anthem Awards honor the purpose and mission-driven work of people, companies and organizations worldwide. For more information, visit the Anthem Awards website.
