Texas State suspends afternoon classes due to localized flooding

Due to localized flooding, classes at Texas State University are suspended from 1-5 p.m. on the San Marcos Campus.

Offices and other university operations remain open.

Quad shuttle buses are being diverted to the Wood Street Stop near the University Academic Center.

The Round Rock Campus will hold classes as scheduled.

Texas State will continue to monitor the situation and announce plans for evening classes by 3 p.m.
