Texplore offers students, faculty, staff insight into international issues

Texas State University will host Texplore, a showcase of globally- and internationally-focused clubs, organizations, departments and individuals Monday, April 21 in the LBJ Student Center Ballroom.

The free event will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is open to all Texas State students, faculty and staff.

Participating organizations seek to raise awareness of global issues and inspire the Texas State community to understand, appreciate and take part in the larger world. The event will feature a wide range of panel discussions covering such topics as Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, unrest in Ukraine, the war on drugs in Mexico and Israeli/Palestinian relations.

Texplore is sponsored by the Department of Political Science, the Center for International Studies and the Honors College.
