Mama's Kitchen celebrates students' Hispanic heritage

Texas State University will celebrate this year’s Hispanic Heritage Month with Mama’s Kitchen on Thursday, Sep. 12.

The celebration, hosted by the Office of Student Diversity and Inclusion, will be held in the 3rd floor ballroom of the LBJ Student Center at 12 p.m. and offer traditional Hispanic foods and beverages to those in attendance. 

Students are encouraged to participate in the event and celebrate the university’s diverse student population. A Texas State student I.D. is required for entry.
