The 10th annual Texas Music History Unplugged concert, scheduled for 8-10 p.m. Tuesday, March 23, will feature performances and discussion by Ray Benson, the Sisters Morales, Cody Canada, Raul Malo, W.C. Clark, and others.

The concert, to be held in the LBJ Student Center Ballroom on the Texas State University-San Marcos campus, is free and open to the public. Seating is limited.

The popular concert series, sponsored since 2000 by the Center for Texas Music History in the Department of History, brings prominent Texas musicians to campus to perform and discuss how Texas music history reflects the historical and cultural evolution of the Southwest. Previous concerts have featured composers and performers of a wide variety of Texas music.
