The fair will consist of a variety of tables offering information or services related to stress, stress management and the emotional, mental and physical effects of stress.

The event will also address types of stress, symptoms of burnout, stress prevention, coping with stress, treatments and mental and physical health promotion.

Some booths will focus on yoga, massage therapy, the art of knitting, relaxation and many other topics.
